The government building was opened in 1899 and has housed the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin (House of Representatives) since 1993.
The photo was taken at blue hour at the Martin-Gropius-Bau opposite. On the left in the background you can see the skyscrapers of Potsdamer Platz.
